Packaging line spare parts – direct from OEMs with Kafeko support
All packaging line spare parts are supplied through our principals’ official OEM channels. Depending on the principal, parts are ordered either via Kafeko or through the OEM’s own portal. We advise the fastest route and help ensure you receive the correct part to reduce downtime risk.
To process your request quickly
Please include:
- Machine/line type and serial number (if available)
- Part number or a clear description
- Photos of the part and where it sits in the machine (if possible)
- Quantity and urgency
- Delivery address and contact person on-site
Avoid downtime with a simple critical spares approach
Keep a small set of critical spares on-site to reduce downtime risk. Typical items include wear parts, seals, belts and sensors – components that can stop a line if they fail. Share your equipment details, and we’ll propose a practical starter list for your line.
Partner online ordering (where available)
Many partners offer online spare parts ordering through their OEM portals. If your equipment supports this, we’ll point you to the correct portal and guide you through the ordering steps. If online ordering is not available for your machine, you can order via Kafeko instead – and we’ll advise the fastest route either way.
