Syntegon Ampack manufactures FCL filling machines for prefabricated cups or bottles. The filling machines are mainly supplied to the dairy industry for dairy products, juices, coffee and cocoa drinks. The machines are manufactured either in clean fill or aseptic configuration.

Prefabricated cups and containers for other food and animal food

Syntegon Ampack’s filling machine model FLS is newly designed and suitable for dairy products, salads, sauces, ready-to-eat food and animal food.

The FLS machine is available as “open” and clean fill versions.

Bottle filling for food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic

Our partner Rotzinger PharmaPack manufactures filling and sealing lines for liquid products for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Examples of product are salad sauces, mayonnaise, salsa, ketchup, mustard, cough medicine, natural products, emulsions, disinfectants, shampoo, skin cream, soap, perfume and more.

Linear or carousel filling machines are available for speeds between 30 – 450 bottles/min and with filling volumes from 10ml to 1000ml.

The filling machines can be equipped with both CIP and SIP as well as in Atex configuration.

For sorting and feeding of bottles, we can with advantage integrate a bottle unscrambler from Packfeeder that is part of the Rotzinger group.

Form, fill and seal machines for cups

Syntegon also manufactures filling machines for form, fill and seal cups. The machines pack dairy products, juices, as well as baby food. The machines are only manufactured in aseptic configuration.
